Something loud, screamy, and enough to piss off who pissed me off (E.G family).
Mainly any sort of Scandinavian death metal or something does the trick. I usually listen to that type of music when I have to clean too, picking up after everyone's messes never makes me happy. * Cradle of Filth - Malice Through The Looking Glass. * Dimmu Borgir - Progenies Of The Great Apocalypse. Or I can take a more soft approach at it and listen to something relaxing, like a nice trance song. * Tiesto - In the Dark is a good one for me. Usually I have to feed my angry side though, I just vent in my mind and music always helps. |

Angry: 2 songs do the job well for when I'm angry. One is War? by System of a Down, the other is Streamline by the same band.

Thats sounds really painful. I don't think I've screamed that loud before.
I usually vent it all out by rocking to some good music with meaningful lyrics. Ways and Means has a special place in my heart for when I'm angry. As well as Numb BY U2 not LP. |
